About Dubai Land
Dubai Land is one of Dubai’s most ambitious and expansive master communities. It was initially proposed as a vast 2-billion-square-foot plan encompassing commercial, residential, and entertainment units, but faced challenges due to the global recession of 2007 - 2008.
It has since evolved into a collection of affordable and family-focused neighborhoods. Developed by Dubai Properties Group, the community is now home to a growing population drawn by its accessibility, spacious properties, and value for money.
Dubailand now covers over 3 million square feet and includes communities like Remraam, FalconCity of Wonders, Living Legends, Majan, and Layan. Location & Transportation of Dubai Land
Dubai Land sits on the city’s outskirts close to Dubai Silicon Oasis and International City.
